How to retrieve your password
You forgot your password - here is how to retrieve it from the system
1. Below the log in fields on the portal's pages, is a Forgot your password? link, click on it
This is what it looks like and it should be on your very left at the bottom (do not try to click on the one here, it is only an image of what it looks like):

You'll be led to a Set you password page that looks like this:

2. Enter you user name and click the [start password reset] button
Or, if you have forgotten your user name, your email address has changed,
or you have any other problem, click the SAWLA LIMS Administrator email link
- a blank email form addressed to the administrator will open in your email
program. Complete the email, describing your problem and send it off
3. The next screen displays a confirmation that password instructions have been mailed to you

In a short while you'll receive an email that'll look like this:

4. Click on the link in the email
A page will open in your browser where you'll have the opportunity to select a new password. Complete the fields and press the [set my password] button

5. Confirmation
If all went well, the next screen will confirm that you may continue using your new password

If you made a mistake - your password is not long enough, or you misspelled it
in the confirmation field - you'll be requested to repeat the last steps.
Corrective steps will be clearly spelled out, like in this screen:
